Model: HB-ADC688

Flexography Inks is a direct high-pressure printing technology that uses rubber-made flexible printing plates and low-viscosity inks. It is mainly used for printing on flexible plastics, paper and cardboard, as well as wine and champagne bottle corks, and paste paper printing. Flexographic printing inks can be divided into three categories: solvent inks, water-based inks, and UV drying inks. Most inks in the ink are also composed of 20%-40% binder, 5%-15% pigment, 40%-60% organic solvent and 0%-5% additives. Of course, each ink factory has different processes, but the ink dispersion and grinding process is common. The integrated feeding, dispersion and grinding system developed by Rucca (dispersing machine + sand mill) has brought solutions of different "dimensions" to the coatings industry, and has been successfully applied to major domestic coatings and ink manufacturer
