Microcapsule pesticide suspension(CS) refers to a pesticide formulation in which a small container with a core-shell structure is formed by synthetic or natural polymer materials, the pesticide is coated in it, and the pesticide is suspended in water. It includes two parts: a capsule shell and a capsule core. The capsule core is a pesticide active ingredient and a solvent, and the capsule shell is a film-forming polymer material. This dosage form is divided into a continuous phase and a discontinuous phase. The continuous phase is water and additives, and the discontinuous phase is the coated pesticide microcapsules. Production process of suspension concentrate
1. Feeding: small batch, manual operation, large batch, automatic operation.
2.High-shear dispersion: uniform mixing, initially dispersed to below 70 microns;
3.First-level coarse grinding: use grinding media 1.6-1.8, and the fineness reaches about 10 microns;
4.Two-stage rough grinding: use grinding media 1.0-1.2, and the fineness reaches about 5 microns;
5. Fine grinding: use medium 0.7-0.8, fineness reaches about 3 microns;
6.Finally to save.

The main purpose of such grinding is to grind the technical material to the required particle size. Generally, D90 requires 5 microns, strictly <3 microns. For now, traditional sand mills have the following problems: adopt dynamic and static ring separation, can not use small grinding media; low grinding efficiency; large product particle size, wide distribution, affecting efficacy and storage; more bubbles, affecting efficiency; production There is a phenomenon of stuck beads; the mechanical seal is easy to leak and pollutants flow, which affects production.
