Production Line of Emulsion Paint

    Production Line of Emulsion Paint
With the rapid development of society, the chemical industry, which is an important pillar of the national economy, has also been stimulated. In recent years, due to the increasing requirements for reducing costs, reducing pollution, meeting environmental protection regulations and improving the level of building decoration, emulsion
paint has been popularized and applied as a main variety of water-based paint. In order to meet the market demand, after years of R&D and technical research, Rucca has developed a set of latex paint system with zero pollution, energy saving and consumption reduction.
FEEDING STATION

As we all know, the traditional production process of emulsion paint is Dosing and weighing --- Pre-mixing--- high-speed disperser --- dispersion kettle. However, the dust pollution in the feeding is a long-term "sickness" faced by the entire paint industry. Rucca's emulsion paint system has achieved a breakthrough in dust-free powder feeding.Specifically, this system includes two modules: feeding and dispersing.Only one feeding station plus one IDS inline dispersing system is needed to achieve zero pollution, energy saving and consumption reduction.
At present, this system has been applied in many emulsion paint manufacturers. According to the manufacturer's data feedback, the same exterior wall emulsion paint has a fineness of 45 microns, a solid content of 70%, and to make 8500kg production, the traditional process requires 90kw high speed disperser. The Rucca new process only needs one 55kw inline dispersing system to complete in one hour, which can save more than 100,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity for the production plant throughout the year.A set of medium latex paint system can be completed within 1 hour, which is very rare in the paint industry.Rucca's emulsion paint system not only saves space and time for the enterprise, but also truly realizes zero pollution, energy saving and consumption reduction.
