Meet in Shanghai, meet at the National Exhibition and Convention Centre!From 13th to 15th March, RUCCA Group will attend the 24th China lnternational Agrochemical & Crop Protection Exhibition with advanced dispersing and grinding process technology for pesticides. In this exhibition, we will show IDS inline dispersing system, EQ high shearing inline mixer, N series nanoscale bead mill and DFS series superflow bead mill and other equipments. These equipments not only represent RUCCA's advanced technology in the field of pesticide dispersing and grinding, but also demonstrate our continuous efforts to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduce environmental pollution.

IDS Inline Dispersing System

It can effectively reduce labour intensity, greatly improve the dispersion efficiency, reduce space requirements and reduce the number of equipment, especially bead mills. Take the preparation of 2m³ pesticide formulations as an example, the equipment power required is about 2/3 of the existing power, energy saving and efficiency. Some pesticide formulations may not need to enter the bead mill grinding, a device to complete.
   EQ High Shearing Inline Mixer

The principle of EQ high shearing inline mixer is the rotor driven by the motor in high-speed operation, the use of mechanical external force to make liquid-liquid, solid-liquid material particle size narrowing, so that the two kinds of materials are fused, so as to achieve the refinement of homogeneous, dispersed emulsification effect.

It has the features of low noise, smooth operation and no by-pass.

DFS series superflow bead mill
     Adopting segmented double helix waterway is more conducive to hot and cold replacement. The cooling efficiency is 2 times of the common model.

Grinding efficiency is more than 30% higher than ordinary models, the use of a combination of rotor can quickly improve the dispersion efficiency, grinding media can be used to choose ultra-fine grinding media.
